Our process for you is simple. Browse our inventory of museum exhibits and materials from around the country, check the prices and terms, and contact us to request the item. We will prepare a simple purchase agreement and email it to you for your signature. Then we contact the owner of the item for their approval. Once approved, we facilitate your payment and arrange pickup or delivery of the item.

As with any sales transaction, terms of the acquisition are negotiable. For example, you may:

• Offer the seller a lower price.
• Negotiate Museum Exchange fees. For example, you may prefer to handle transportation yourself.
• Define a specific transfer date to correspond with a sschedule at your facility.
• Travel to see the item before finalizing purchase.
